Romans 13:9-10: Paul states that the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet," and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Here we see that Paul is preaching from a different ten commandments as they're in different order and exclude many others including the Sabbath. Not only that but in Colossians 2:16 Paul again doubles down on what is commonly called the ten commandments by including the Sabbath as man made, thus again implying that these things Paul speaks of do not mirror what we read today. Not only that here Paul is also doubling down against the Mosaic law considering these things man made.

"Therefore let no one judge you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath."

Also of note is the fact that the dead sea scrolls which are older than the masoretic text contain the same ten commandments as the Hebrew Bible, so if you accept the Hebrew Bible you should also accept the dead sea scrolls as Scriptures. Especially since the dead sea scrolls do not contain Esther, a know and admittedly recognized unhistorical fraud.
