Christ is the opposite of the passover, while Leavening is removed during passover on Easter Christ is Risen while the bread remains flat. The leaven of he Pharisees is hypocrisy! Indeed, for the passover is about a physical redemption but Easter is beyond that barrier, it's spiritual and transcends. The legalist is Frozen in inertia, while we are free in Christ.
