What are the differences?

Does this mean it is internal or external?

No. It doesn't mean any of this. Actually there is no difference between entering and/or inheriting the Kingdom, as evidence our Apostle Paul the messanger and Prophet of God Jesus is clear, he never uses the term enter, he only uses inherit.

Christians have been deceived by legalism. There is not difference between entering and inheriting the Kingdom. Paul is clear. The only texts using the term enter are the gospels and acts all of which preach legalism. Paul is also clear about who will inherit the Kingdom, those in Christ will. Sure Paul excludes many sinners but not those sinners saved by faith.
